Cut and clear boundary and easement lines to establish or refresh surveyed boundaries and preserve boundary evidence:
New lines: Must be established by a registered land surveyor.
Re-established lines: Existing Boundary lines must be obvious with corner monumentation intact.
Well-maintained boundary lines reduces the likelihood of disputes and costly tear downs.
Tree felling of designated, marked trees across an owned property.
Options include:
Stump height planning
Thinning of remaining trees
Bucking and hauling away of felled trees
